First thick and thin yarn

I’ve spun up my first thick and thin yarn. The roving is a wool and silk mix from Looking Glass Yarns.

I have 80 yards.

Spinning thick and thin is not easy. I found it tricky but maybe that was because I was also spinning a silk blend for the first time.

I’ve crocheted this up into an ice chain for The Portal waterfall.
