Some knitting progress

I had grand jury duty again this month. One part that sucks is I have to be there at 9am. Ugh. One part that’s nice is the bailiff said it was ok to have my knitting needles as long as they weren’t metal. Knitting during breaks helps the time pass so much. I’ve made some progress on the second kilt hose.

Brook’s Farm yarn is a delight to work with. I’m glad I bought more of it at the Wool Fest.

I’ve also made some progress on the Fisherman’s shrug. The back is completed but the picture turned out blurry. Here’s one of the sleeves with a blurry tail:

Though I’m not using the right needles, not getting gauge and not using the recommended yarn I’m still getting the end dimensions. Rock on!

Prana inspected my work and approves.
