I feel like Hawaii got my creativity juices flowing. Back home I started working on the Spirit Flower for my An Arrangement Of Elements piece.

I wanted some yarn to make the Spirit Goddess. After looking through my stash I realized I didn’t have the yarn I wanted. But I did have some colors I liked. Remember these yarns?

These yarns were a birthday present from my friend Bliss. I combined the yarn on the right with some black yarn. The black yarn is extra yarn that I frogged from the sweater that became my Key Dress.

I plied them together and created my Spirit Yarn:

It turned out just how I wanted. Woot! I also got a smaller skein.

There’s still more work to be done but I’m liking how it’s turning out so far.
